These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.operion.com.my (the “Website”) and of the online services provided by Operion Ecommerce & Software Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201401020636 (1096722-A)) (“OPERiON”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including our application “MIRA Social Media” and other systems that publish content to connected social media accounts (together, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Website or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Where you have signed a separate agreement or accepted a quotation with OPERiON for specific services, that agreement will apply to those services, and these Terms will apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with it.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

The Services connect to third-party social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, through their official login and application programming interfaces (APIs).

• Content is published to a connected account only with the approval of the owner of that account. We do not publish content to any account without that approval.
• When you connect an account or have content published through the Services, you must also comply with the terms of service, community guidelines and policies of each platform concerned. You remain responsible for the content published to your account.
• The platforms are operated by independent third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, features, policies, or for any action they take regarding your account or content (for example removal of content, rate limits or changes to their APIs).
• You may revoke our access to a connected account at any time in that platform’s settings, or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data received from connected platforms.
